Overview
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.
CSV is the employer of staff at Courts Group. This is a fixed-term role; location is Melbourne - Northern suburbs, with a Collingwood location noted in some arrangements. The role is fixed-term to 1 May 2026, and job-sharing arrangements are considered.
Responsibilities
The Administration/Triage Officer provides a first point of contact and triage services, as well as a wide range of administrative duties to maintain the operations of the centre. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role, along with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position; job-sharing arrangements are also open.
About you / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a comparable role, demonstrating strong customer service skills, a high level of empathy and self-awareness, and exceptional organisational abilities, with the capacity to adapt effectively to shifting work priorities.
