As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, solutions-focused ICT Support Technician & Test Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently.

Respond to technical queries from clients and staff, delivering timely solutions.

Provide assistance with IT-related challenges to ensure minimal disruptions.

Diagnose and resolve issues with CRM systems, business applications, and network connectivity.

Monitor and respond to system failures, outages, and other technical incidents.

2. Software & Hardware Management

Install, configure, and update software in line with operational and security requirements.

Maintain and optimise IT equipment and applications across the organisation.

Repair, replace, and maintain peripherals such as printers, terminals, and modems.

Manage hardware and software asset inventories, ensuring compliance and up-to-date records.

3. System & Network Administration

Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring correct access, security, and compliance.

Administer and maintain networks to support business operations.

Conduct regular security and quality audits, identifying risks and implementing improvements.

4. Website & Digital Infrastructure Management

Maintain and update the Digi Tech Lab website for an optimal user experience.

Monitor and enhance digital infrastructure to boost accessibility and engagement.

Ensure all digital platforms comply with best practices and industry standards.

5. System Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.

Test and diagnose software, hardware, and system functionalities.

Troubleshoot issues related to installations, maintenance, and upgrades.

Document technical procedures, operational guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Provide technical training and cybersecurity awareness to staff.

6. Compliance & Security Management

Ensure all IT operations align with industry compliance requirements.

Implement and review IT security measures, applying best practices to safeguard sensitive data.

Evaluate current and future IT strategies, recommending enhancements to meet organisational needs.

Skills & Qualifications
Required:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.

Familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).

Highly Regarded:

Experience in system administration, cybersecurity, or QA testing.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

Understanding of modern development and deployment practices.
