Role Overview

As our Bid Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting winning submissions for countrywide tenders, whilst collaborating with our technical teams, project managers, and leadership to translate complex engineering solutions into clear, persuasive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and write high-quality bid responses and capability statements
- Interpret tender documentation and align responses with client requirements
- Coordinate input from subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with bid criteria, formatting, and deadlines
- Maintain and update bid libraries and templates

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the major project space.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and government procurement
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
