Delivery Lead - Salesforce

Talenza is partnering with a financial services organisation at a pivotal moment in their digital transformation journey. With a greenfield Salesforce program well underway, this organisation is laying the foundations for a best-in-class digital ecosystem that will shape the future of customer and employee experience. Operating at enterprise scale but with an agile mindset, they're creating a modern, customer-centric financial services platform from the ground up.

About the Role

As the Salesforce Delivery Lead, you'll take ownership of driving the build phase of a new Salesforce platform, as the program moves out of discovery and into delivery. Working closely with a strategic integration partner and internal business and technology stakeholders, you'll orchestrate the successful delivery of this greenfield initiative - ensuring the platform is built to scale, integrates seamlessly with existing systems, and delivers meaningful business outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving transformation environments and has deep experience standing up Salesforce solutions in complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce build phase, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the integration partner, driving alignment, clarity, and delivery excellence.
- Oversee agile delivery teams and partner squads to deliver features, integrations, and platform foundations.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple streams.
- Uphold governance standards, security, and architectural integrity while enabling velocity.
- Champion best practice delivery approaches and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Key Selection Criteria

- Proven track record leading Salesforce delivery in complex, regulated environments (Financial Services advantageous but not prerequisite).
- Demonstrated experience standing up Salesforce platforms or transformation context.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, delivery models, and integration approaches.
- Experience working in hybrid agile delivery environments with external implementation partners.
- Ability to lead delivery across multiple streams while maintaining governance and quality.
