Create impact as an Executive Manager, Business Partnering & Advisory. Join us to build and drive a successful IAG future by driving performance of the business through the creation and delivery of the P&C People Plan aligned to the IAG Group People Strategy for two of the Corporate Services divisions. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

- Lead the delivery of the Group People Strategy to build an inclusive, future-fit, digitally enabled and high performing workforce, as enablers of the Group and Divisional Strategies.

- Translate business strategy into pragmatic divisional people, culture and workforce plans.
Act as a trusted senior advisor to GLT and senior leaders, providing insight and challenge to help them drive people and culture strategies that enable strategy delivery.

- Partner with business leaders to understand the impact of AI and digital disruption to the workforce and future role design and skill requirements.
Lead the design and execution of large-scale workforce transformation, including organisational redesign, new operating models and cultural change, supporting leaders to ensure people impacts are effectively managed to build engagement, resilience and business performance.

- Provide strategic and commercial counsel and coaching to GLT and senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, identify and develop critical talent pipelines and succession, build differentiating capabilities and drive a high-performance culture.

- Lead projects and act as an integrator across COEs to deliver integrated people solutions to the business and embed IAG wide people frameworks.

- Be a proactive leader contributing to the BP&A leadership team and effectively lead, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, psychological safety, learning and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

- Over 10 years business partnering experience.

- Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment.

- Large-scale workforce transformation, operating model cultural change experience.

- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.

- Experience in fostering a customer-centric environment.

- Strong commercial acumen.

- Strategic mindset, with demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape people strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
