You’ll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents.

Your Role:

- Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
- Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
- Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
- Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment

About You:

- A natural love for animals and people
