About the role

We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join the Mt Barker team on a permanent, full time basis.
- As _an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. This role will include stock management including receiving and dispatching order. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business- Performing counter sales in store, assisting customers with product enquiries- Manage inventory including receivals, dispatch of outgoing orders and performing stocktakes- Organisation and storage management of stock- Proactively source new business to achieve KPI’s and targets

About you- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment- Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community- Have technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients- Have previous experience in sales, including retail skills- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients- A forklift license is preferred however we can support you to obtain one.- A HR truck license would also be an advantage, but not essential
