Responsibilities

- Lead complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives with strong project and change management, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely, successful outcomes
- Proactively adapt plans to address project risks and evolving priorities
- Ensure initiatives follow Goodstart’s centre-led principles, empowering teams and improving centre experiences
- Drive sustainable outcomes by embedding change effectively across the organisation

Qualifications & Capabilities

- Extensive Experience leading large projects and change initiatives
- Demonstrated drive for results with a strong ability to define and lead toward shared goals and a vision for the future
- Strong stakeholder engagement, management and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and conflicting priorities or stakeholder requirements
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve to changes impacting programs of work
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams in a matrix organisation
- Demonstrated business acumen applied when making decisions
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Exceptional communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Working with Children Check for relevant State/Territory
