Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, your primary mission is to cultivate a culture of responsible AI usage across Macquarie. You will pioneer our AI governance strategy, designing and executing a forward-looking vision for AI risk management that enables our commercial ambitions. Acting as the Group's leading advocate for safe AI, you will develop and implement practical frameworks, policies, and tools that are seen as enablers, not obstacles. A critical part of your role will be to empower the organisation at scale by championing and executing a strategy to democratise AI risk knowledge, designing and delivering a continuous cycle of training and resources. You will engage directly on our most novel and high-impact AI initiatives, providing pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice that balances risk and commercial opportunity. This will require you to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders across our Operating and Central Service Groups, ensuring AI governance is embedded into strategic decision-making. Finally, you will lead a high-performing team and stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, translating your insights into a competitive advantage for Macquarie.
