As the Associate Director, Risk Frameworks (AI), you will join the Risk Frameworks & Policy team that’s doubling down on playing a critical role in supporting NAB to deliver the right outcomes for our customers, and build capability that positions NAB at the forefront of banking innovation.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Review and challenge of changes through the Change Risk process and oversight of Use Cases proceeded through project lifecycle, drawing lessons and practical insights to evolve our AI Risk Framework.
- Provide advice and guidance to each in scope initiative on management of material risks. Reviewing and, if necessary, escalating material Issues and Risks from Program Risk Registers and GRACE.
- Expert contribution on DD&Ai risk and compliance issues and the design of effective process, and mitigation strategies and controls. Advice and recommendations to facilitate adherence to NAB Risk policies.
- Leverage specialist skills and subject matter expertise from other Risk teams (across functions) as required, supporting building capability across the enterprise to identify and manage AI related risks.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Experience in risk management and/or review of change and transformation initiatives, including the assessment of execution and delivered risks.
- Strong understanding and management of relevant risk exposures, Model Risk, Operational Risk & Compliance.
- Technology Change or Risk advisory background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills with experience working directly and building strong relationships with banking executives.
- Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
