Overview Applications Close: 31/10/2025 Position No: ROEM-SDV-ESD Work Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Bunbury RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an experienced and driven Project Engineer to join our high-performing Service Delivery division. This role is pivotal to the safe, efficient, and commercially sound delivery of shutdowns, installations, and site-based projects across all stages—from initiation and planning through to execution and closeout. As a Project Engineer at RCR, you/'ll be instrumental in ensuring technical, financial, and operational success while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Support planning and delivery of fixed plant shutdowns and installations. - Prepare and review scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and methodologies. - Monitor project milestones and critical path activities. - Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and Australian Standards. - Develop and review technical documentation and vendor deliverables. - Manage technical queries and non-conformances during execution. - Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. - Assist in tendering, estimating, and proposal preparation. - Liaise across project teams, clients, vendors, and engineering staff. - Promote strong client relationships and alignment of expectations. - Provide technical support to site supervisors and participate in client reporting. - Ensure adherence to QA/QC, HSEQ, and project governance standards. - Monitor project costs and support financial reviews and variation claims. - Coordinate procurement with supply chain and project managers.
