We are looking for a Learning & Development (L & D) Coordinator to join the team in Pyrmont. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will work with the business to design and deliver learning content across onboarding, technical and compliance areas to drive continuous improvement in training.
As the L & D Coordinator you will:
- Consult with subject matter experts to create engaging materials such as manuals, e-learning modules, videos, reference guides.
- Facilitate interactive workshops to build capability across all levels of the workforce.
- Partner with leaders to plan, schedule and track training activities.
- Conduct training needs analysis and assist to develop training plans as required
- Manage the Learning Management System.
- Assist to maintain updated training records.
- Regularly report on training outcomes and compliance.
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources or related fields, or have a Certificate IV in Training & Development
- Prior L & D experience (facilitation, program design, eLearning) in a hybrid environment (office/site-based/white/blue collar), prior construction experience will be considered advantageous
- Strong facilitation, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong research and analytical capability
