Overview

Initial fixed term contract with option for extension – Room Leader (Senior Educator) at Goodstart Darch. You will lead your own room and a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures learning experiences meet the needs of all children.

Responsibilities

- Lead a room and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences and tailor activities to meet the needs of every child.

You'll need

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
