We are looking for motivated professionals, either licensed or currently in pre-licensing, who want to learn how to generate listings, master seller presentations, and earn rewarding commissions while growing their production.
In this opportunity, you will learn how to attract and convert listing leads, guide sellers with confidence, and manage the full transaction from pricing and marketing to negotiation and closing. With structured systems, step-by-step training, and direct mentorship from experienced listing professionals, you will gain the knowledge and skills to create consistent results and build a business that lasts.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
- Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
- Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales
Qualifications
- Superb communication
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
Compensation
$150,000 at plan
