About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator & Content Lead to join our incredible team In this fast-paced role, you will engage with volunteers, manage events, and recruit new members to enhance our initiatives. Additionally, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts across the health sector to deliver impactful training.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our volunteer programs run smoothly and are aligned with our mission. With your exceptional communication and organisational skills, you will inspire and support our volunteers, creating a rewarding experience both for them and yourself.
