Job Description

- Drive new business development by identifying and securing equipment hire opportunities across construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless customer service and avoid conflicts between territories.
- Prepare and submit competitive project pricing and tenders to win profitable work.
- Actively monitor local projects, tenders, and industry activity to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Contribute as a team player, supporting other branches and fostering a collaborative sales culture.

The Successful Applicant

- Proven sales or business development experience in equipment hire, OEM, or related industries.
- Strong ability to sell value over price, with a track record of building trusted, long-term customer relationships.
- Commercially astute with experience pricing and winning project-based business.
- A collaborative team player who works well with branch teams and avoids friction across territories.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of driving new business growth while managing existing accounts.
- Well-networked within construction OR infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
