Job Description

- Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reports in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making across the department.
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and compliance with organisational policies.
- Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise financial performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function.
- Assist with audits and ensure preparedness for external reviews.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA (preferred).
- Proven experience in financial management within healthcare or Government.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and healthcare industry regulations.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capabilities to guide and develop team members.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
