Where you/'ll be working

What you/'ll be doing

- Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Operations Administration Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day management of NSLHD fleet motor vehicles across the district.
- Prepare new vehicles for customers and vehicles for auction.
- Coordinate and collect vehicles or transport vehicles to panel beaters, conduct vehicle inspections, and manage infringement/penalty notices issued to NSLHD Fleet vehicles.
- Input and review running sheets and oversee the overall management of the Fleet pool vehicles.
- Manage NSLHD pool booking system, keep it running efficiently, update information, address issues, and generate monthly vehicle utilization reports.
- Create accounts for NSLHD staff to access Smartrak and arrange training as requested.

Qualifications and experience

- Extensive experience in managing fleet services, including extensive experience with fleet management systems.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people at all levels, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrably strong customer service skills, particularly in relation to advice on Fleet policies and procedures.
