About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for setting up and maintaining VA (Value Add) jobs once they receive customer approval. You’ll ensure our master data is accurate and manage customer orders with precision. Your commitment to providing world-class customer service will support our sales and support teams, making their jobs easier and more efficient.
You’ll also play a crucial role in ensuring our processes are followed, providing costings, linking styles, and managing value-add substitution processes. Additionally, you’ll support our strategic objectives aimed at improving service and reducing costs. Your contributions will be key to our success and will help us continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage VA job set up and maintenance following customer approval, ensuring alignment with business expectations and KPIs.
- Collaborate with VA, Sales, and Support Teams to maintain data accuracy and integrity for value-add jobs.
- Handle inquiries from sales and support teams, providing world-class customer service and training as needed.
- Maintain the enquiries register for capacity planning and reporting.
- Coordinate with teams and suppliers to manage urgent, problem, and ageing orders, ensuring they meet KPIs.
- Assist with style linking and value-add substitution processes, ensuring timely order processing.
- Review and challenge local VA setup requests, advocating for offshore manufacturing when appropriate.
- Aid in the transition from local to offshore operations, supporting the Garment Technical Team with specifications and supplier development.
- Manage the delivery of samples and replacement stock orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Work with various teams to improve efficiency, reduce lead times and costs, and increase throughput.

What we’re looking for
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a similar business role
- Understanding of end to end Supply Chain processes
- Experience in Apparel, Textiles or Embroidery is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent work ethic
- Good performance management skills and ability to resolve situations efficiently and effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem solving and analytic skills
- Friendly and approachable with an unwavering focus on customer service [both internal and external]
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage own time and priorities to achieve goals
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
