Key Account Manager-265797**Location:** Perth, Western Australia As a Key Account Manager you will take ownership of managing and expanding client relationships while driving new business growth across Australia. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will effectively position IC Integrity’s engineered composite solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market growth. Develop and execute effective Key Account Management (KAM) plans, including competitor analysis, market insights, cross selling opportunities and account strategies. Conduct regular client review meetings, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless service experience. We’re looking for a candidate who brings: Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills, with experience influencing at senior levels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking capabilities with a high level of commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. · Capacity to quickly understand technical concepts and the ability to clearly communicate value of engineered composite solutions.Superior planning, time management, and organisational skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and modern sales tools. **Requirements**Proven track record in achieving - Experience in technical solution-based selling, ideally involving composite services or engineering products. Familiarity with the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to close. Experience working with CRM systems and IT tools. · Degree-level education (preferred but not essential).## Primary Location: Australia-WA-Perth CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs
