Your Role as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer

In this pivotal position, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in CNC turning processes and CAM programming to enhance our manufacturing operations. This role is essential in developing and optimizing turning operations while tackling complex manufacturing challenges and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Your hands-on technical leadership will be complemented by your ability to collaborate with various teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness and precision.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek a passionate and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, specifically in CNC turning or machining.
- Proficiency in CAM software such as Siemens NX or Mastercam, with a strong focus on turning operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to addressing technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to mentor and develop junior engineers.
