At genU, we are a group of passionate, driven individuals dedicated to making lives happier and healthier, especially for people with disability, the ageing, and those experiencing disadvantage. As a profit-for-purpose organisation, we invest directly back into the communities we serve.

we’re growing

In an exciting move for the sector and the people we support, genU is merging with Activ, one of Western Australia’s most trusted and well-established disability service providers. This partnership marks the beginning of a significant national expansion — and with growth, comes opportunity.

At genU, we’re not all the same. And that’s one of our greatest strengths. We draw on the differences in who we are, what we’ve experienced and how we think.

We welcome diversity in all its forms, including culture, gender, disability, neurodiversity, age, sexuality, religion, spirituality, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritages. We respect the intersections of these identities and recognise the unique experiences and insights they bring to our organisation. Our commitment is to foster a welcoming, innovative, safe, empowering, and a respectful environment where these values are upheld every day.
