We’re on the lookout for a **curious and collaborative Finance Business Partner** to join our team. You’ll be supporting a mix of portfolios, with most of your focus on**Aged Care and Allied Health**.**

**What you’ll do**

As a Financial Business Partner in our Business Analysis, Performance & Procurement team you’ll:

- **Be a trusted partner** - Work closely with teams and leaders across the business, offering financial guidance, coaching, and support to help them understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- **Turn data into decisions** - Provide insightful analysis, business cases, and recommendations that influence strategy, improve performance, and ensure resources are used wisely.
- **Lead budgets and forecasts** - Guide the annual budgeting and forecasting process, making sure assumptions are sound and teams have the tools and KPIs they need to track progress.
- **Bring the numbers to life** - Deliver timely, accurate, and easy-to-understand reporting that not only highlights performance but also explains what it means for the road ahead.

**What you’ll bring**
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Previous financial exposure in revenue management, financial accounting or similar experience
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to get the best out of data
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
