Expression of Interest – Revenue & Property Officer

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in revenue management and property administration? We’re seeking expressions of interest for Revenue & Property Officer roles supporting local government operations across Southeast Queensland (SEQ).

About the Role

As a Revenue & Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing council revenue streams and maintaining accurate property records to ensure compliance with local government regulations.

- Administering rates, charges, and property-related revenue processes.
- Maintaining and updating property records and databases.
- Investigating and resolving property and revenue-related inquiries.
- Assisting with debt recovery and payment processing.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.
- Providing accurate information and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in revenue, property, or local government administration.
- Strong knowledge of rates, property systems, and revenue management processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and property management systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
