Are you a skilled professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Brisbane's south? Osborne Richardson are currently seeking a Revenue & Property Officer for a 6-month initial contract to support our Local Council client. If you have experience working with customer and financial information, handling customer inquiries, and possess excellent business writing skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Revenue Property Officer, your role will primarily involve:
1. Processing Customer and Financial Information: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer and financial data in the City's land records. This includes updating, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of records, all while complying with data protection and privacy regulations.
2. Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls and correspondence. Dealing with a wide range of customer queries and concerns will be a key part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience working with financial and customer information databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in business writing, with the ability to craft clear and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult or sensitive customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
