We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers’ supply chains.**Inventory Supervisor – Lytton QLD****The Role -**We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our Whyte Island Warehouse team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and driving continuous improvement in stock control processes.As an Inventory Controller, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control. Your mission - To ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in line with Toll’s national strategy and operational standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring inventory excellence, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to a high-performing team.**What You’ll Be Doing -*** Oversee and maintain stock integrity across all product lines.* Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and imbalances.* Prepare and deliver inventory reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).* Coordinate inventory transfers and manage storage allocation within the WMS.* Collaborate with site management, customer representatives, and suppliers.* Support warehouse operations and supervise staff as required.* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Dangerous Goods segregation standards.* Drive inventory process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.**What You’ll Bring -*** Experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics.* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* Proficiency in MS Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Teams; experience with RF scanners and WMS highly regarded.* Forklift licence or ability to obtain one (Yellow Card desirable).* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.**Why Toll -**At Toll, safety is our top priority.
