Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic engagement and long-term value realization.

- Partner closely with the Account Technology Strategist (ATS) and broader account team to drive technical and business alignment, with a strong emphasis on AI-led transformation.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives and support multi-year digital transformation goals.

- Drive pipeline generation through customer engagement, relationship development, and identifying opportunities using digital signals and insights.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level business decision-makers (BDMs), becoming a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.

- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business goals.

- Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams, including technical specialists, partners, and services, to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.

- Bring innovation and new ideas to customers by introducing technology capabilities that create measurable business value.

- Demonstrate curiosity and active listening, using customer insights to shape tailored transformation strategies.

- Represent Microsoft with credibility and influence by leveraging industry knowledge, thought leadership, and a deep understanding of the customer's business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.

- Account management experience; developing and overseeing the execution of account plans.

- Experience working within an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).

- Experienced in leading/orchestrating diverse virtual teams. Experience in being the trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers.
