About the Practice
Our Bupa Dental Elsternwick practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an Experienced Medical Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice. You can find out more about our practice here.
The Opportunity
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Elsternwick, Vic practice available for Dental Receptionist see king Part time or casual hours:
- Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
- Friendly, fun and dedicated team
- 3 days per week - Wednesday's required
- Convenient location with tram stop within 1 minute walk
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, update patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner
You'll be
- Available to work Wednesdays with additional 2 days per week
- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
