We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading high‑performing cleaning operations across NSW. Reporting to the NSW Cleaning Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Lead and support a team of approximately 95–110 cleaning staff across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and performance.

Ensure consistent delivery of high‑standard cleaning services across trains and facilities, aligned with client expectations.

Provide training, coaching, and audit support to enhance team capabilities and service outcomes.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive productivity.

Maintain compliance with WHS policies and environmental sustainability goals, including participation in audits and toolbox talks.

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience managing large teams in cleaning, industrial, or rollingstock environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Demonstrated ability to manage audits, reporting, and financial costing with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday 2030‑0400.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
