Every business needs help with their tech when things go wrong. With your background and expertise in IT Support, this is where you’ll step in with your knowledge as an IT Support Intern. At this fast-growing firm, with a large customer base around Australia, you will get hands-on experience during the IT Support Internship.

As the IT Support Intern, you will provide assistance and support to your clients to make sure all IT infrastructure and network systems run smoothly. Working alongside your L2 and L2 IT Support colleagues, you will be mentored and trained in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, ITIL, Virtualisation and Azure. If you are keen to gain employment in Information Technology, this IT Support Internship is the perfect way to start your career.

IT Support Internship Responsibilities:

- Maintaining your key client computer systems including hardware and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft Applications
- Troubleshooting issues with Windows 10 and Office 365
- Ensure optimal performance across all IT systems so employees can maintain a high level of productivity
- Providing technical assistance with hardware and software to all end users in the workplace
- Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Resolving IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronically
- Maintaining the job ticket system and liaising with L2 support to escalate complex issues

What will you learn during your IT Support Internship?

- How to resolve technical issues in a timely manner by taking initiative to diagnose major IT Support issues
- Use customer service skills along with your technical expertise to deliver assistance to your colleagues and clients
- How to troubleshoot Office 365 and Windows 10 related problems
- Windows Server Configuration and Active Directory
- Virtualization and providing network support
- Access to key technology including Microsoft Azure and AWS
