**About the role**

An exciting time to join the team, you will have the opportunity to support the Protocol Optimisation and the Review of Litigious Costs initiatives, as well as play an important role in enabling the delivery of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program.

**About the Team**

Reporting directly into the Senior Manager, Dispute Resolutions & Litigation, the Branch Coordinator will support the branch as required. Working closely with internal business clients, external panel firms and other Administrators, Coordinators and Assistants across the business, you will coordinate meetings and functions, support various committees and working groups, and coordinate engagement with Victorian Legal Services Panel firms on behalf of the TAC.

**What we’re looking for**

**Attention to detail & accountability**
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited supervision, to exercise initiative, to set priorities and to work within required timelines.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting senior management providing confidential and discrete administration with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities in changing and dynamic environment.
- Confidence to speak up and take action where needed.

**Developed communication skills**
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and sound written and verbal communication and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and operational support services in a legal, enforcement and/or regulatory environment.
