Right now, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. **About the role**

The Marketing Coordinator assists in the creation and execution of impactful road safety campaigns and communications that assist in reducing road trauma in Victoria by helping influence road user attitudes and behaviours.

Success in this role will see you provide support for the planning, research, media buying, asset creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. Your experience in a similar role will enable you to lead a range of communications, respond to public and internal enquires, and write and administer approval documentation.

**About the Team**

The Marketing Coordinator sits within the Marketing & Media Branch, within the broader Community Division. Within the team there are two Coordinators that support each of the two Campaign Managers across a portfolio of work. Working closely with other teams within the Community and Road Safety Divisions, you’ll also build relationship with creative agencies and other key stakeholders to produce effective and innovative road safety campaigns.

**What we’re looking for**

**Marketing coordination experience**
- 3 years minimum experience in a Marketing or Campaign role with knowledge of above the line marketing, PR, creative and digital marketing
- Experience supporting end to end campaign management with a focus on community and behaviour change
- Experience maintaining a campaign timeline and project plan, ensuring the team are kept on target and within budget

**Creative and innovative**
- Creative and innovative mindset, with confidence to think outside the box and put forward new and challenging ideas
- Experience in project coordination, communication and presentation skills
- Maintain day to day relationships with creative and media agencies

**Community focus**
- Strong focus and connection to the community
- Understanding of the TAC’s road safety issues and passionate about driving behaviour change in line with the road safety strategies
