**Channel Development Associate (APAC)**:
Our first Channel Development Associate (APAC) will assume responsibility for managing our partner acquisition process and assist in integrating new channel partners as we persistently expand and develop Vanta's partner network, positioning Vanta as a top-tier choice for potential partners in an increasingly competitive market. Channel Development Associates frequently provide the initial personalized interaction a prospective partner encounters with Vanta, concentrating on increasing Vanta's overall partner base as we aim to extend our partnerships into the thousands.

Needless to say, it's an exciting time We're scaling our Channel Development team with a partner-centric and commercially minded Channel Development Associate who will take ownership of our frontline partner recruitment efforts in APAC.

**What you’ll do as a Channel Development Associate (APAC) at Vanta**:

- Reach out and follow up on partner prospects to pitch Vanta’s MSP offering
- Master the process of identifying partner prospects using tools like Salesforce, DataFox, ZoomInfo and Linkedin that will help us extend our reach into the channel
- Organize a multi-channel approach to prospecting and maximize efforts by developing sequences in Outreach
- Shape our foundational Channel programs, and their continued evolution
- Collaborate with Channel BDMs and Channel Managers to effectively recruit and onboard new partners
- Understand the needs of an IT service partner and guide our partners to solving problems using Vanta’s technology.
- Have a strong understanding of Vanta’s value proposition and product
- Efficiently and gracefully counter prospective partner objections, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills
- Challenge the market to think differently about how certain aspects of security programs might be improved through the introduction of emerging technologies and services

**How to be successful in this role**:

- Be located in or near the Sydney area
- Have prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating Sales role
- Help us to design and manage our current Channel Recruitment Engine.
- Be a self-starter who enjoys creating process and procedures for a scaling business
- Be highly empathetic to prospects as a strong brand representative for Vanta
- Have stellar problem solving skills, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up
