The Role |

***As a Client Advisor you will:

- Be responsible for providing customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs
- Have a passion for the brand which is conveyed through creating a luxury client experience
- You will be very knowledgable about the brand and product and remain continuously up to date as new products are introduced
- Contribute as part of a team that is collectively responsible for the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury retail outlet.
- Report directly to the existing management team within the store
- Training will be provided so you must be keen to learn new things. You should display an interest in technical devices.
- Work well in a team environment therefore a high level of people skills is required, and you will need to have a positive attitude.

- Genuine interest in watches or a willingness/ ability to learn a highly technical product
- Great customer service / relationship building
