**The Opportunity**:
Due to continued growth, this opportunity will see you managing a precinct of commercial assets based in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs. This role is all about elevating customer service and service levels It will offer accountability but with an excellent support network with sustainable 5- stars rated NABERS assets.**_Your key responsibilities will include:_**
- Proactively managing the presentation and operation across the properties, including making recommendations for improvements
- Taking ownership of tenant requirements, anticipates needs and manage building contractors
- Ensuring all Essential Safety Measures testing and compliance requirements are achieved
- Developing and maintaining site processes and procedures manuals
- Implementing and coordinating capital upgrades and tenancy refurbishments

**Your Attributes and Background will include**:

- We seek a proactive, self-starter who has an eye for detail and presentation
- You will demonstrate a minimum of three years of Facilities Management experience with ideally a trade or tertiary qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial, retail or industrial assets is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with tenants and contractors plus internal stakeholders
- You will be a results-oriented team player and look for future improvements and innovations
- Excellent ability to pick up systems and manage compliance and risk
