Some of the qualities we are looking for are:
- At least 3 years experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated skills working with clients / stakeholders
- You are a people person, able to build rapport quickly with a range of people
- Very tech savvy - be able to navigate through multiple systems and help customers do the same
- Interested in marketing / digital marketing
- Keen to work in our office in Ascot
- Wanting to learn from others and contribute to our great team culture
- Familiar with office, google and lots of other systems and CRMs
- Positive with a "can do" attitude
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Hungry to work hard & do what's needed
- Professional and courteous
- Able to work fast and under pressure
**ABOUT THE JOB**
This is a casual role based fully in our Ascot office. There are opportunities Monday - Friday depending on the marketing activity and your availability.
Due to the nature of our work and the requirement for speed and collaboration (and at the request of the existing team), we are a predominantly in-office business and this role would be based 100% in the office.
- Managing and helping clients book with a calendar scheduler
- Liasing with clients on video calls and explaining what we do
- Taking clients through an onboarding process
- Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Briefing the extended team for additional work
- Working collaboratively with other team members
- Project management of simple first client campaigns
- Admin tasks and other support functions
