**Your Role**:We are actively seeking a **Trainee Specialist Consultant** for one of the established divisions at **Your Resourcing Group**. This division is one of the fastest growing at Your Resourcing, offering endless personal rewards.
**Business Development**, showcasing the ability to penetrate new and existing companies.
Expert use of social media tools. Building awareness around your personal brand and maintaining credibility while exceeding sales targets.
**Your Experience**:While we don't necessarily require recruitment experience, we value commercial acumen, maturity, and a strong sales drive. The ability to react quickly under pressure is crucial, and you should thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch industry within a down-to-earth environment. Ideally, you'll come from a solid sales background or have the confidence to sell yourself while passionately pursuing a career in recruitment.
