Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Neurorehabilitation team at Rocky Bay. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and supervision to our team of therapists, supporting them to develop their fundamental skills, knowledge, and competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Speech Pathologists within the Neurorehabilitation team
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to support customers with neurorehabilitation goals and/or Mealtime management and dysphagia
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive customer care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer care
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline
  • Experience in a similar role and/or sector (Disabilities) is desirable
  • Strong clinical leadership and supervision skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
