**About the role**
The Administration Officer is responsible for a range of functions including being the first point of contact for the Written Off Vehicle Inspections Division (WOVI) for Queensland Inspection Servcies (QIS) and our customers, answering any customer queries and providing general enquiry assistance to patrons on auction day.
**What you will do**
- Greet customers and answer queries and/or direct customers to the correct area from the reception desk
- Liaise with Queensland Transport (QT) and coordinate files for WOVI inspectors.
- Ensure the WOVI Inspector has the required and correct documentation in order to perform inspections.
- Process all facets of cashiering
- Perform general administration tasks

- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Willingness and flexibility to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Hold a valid driver's licence
