My client sits in the Healthcare industry and are a national company who partner with multinational & international businesses such as the Department of Defence, Queensland Rail, BHP and other mining companies, as well as smaller employers, to provide a range of services such as preemployment checks and ongoing health support to keep employees safe.
They are a well known brand in their industry with over 30% of their national business sales represented right here in Queensland. The Queensland state office is housed right here in Brisbane with a further 12 sites both locally and regionally in areas such as Southport, Cannon Hill, Mt Isa, Cairns and Gladstone to name a few.

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Senior Client Partner you will join a service focused & driven team, where your strong relationship management and development passion will drive you to build impactful connections and natural business growth.
With over 3500 clients nationally your role will join the Senior Client Partner in managing and developing the top 100 accounts for Queensland. You will also work closely and in partnership with the delivery sites dotted around both Brisbane & the Gold Coast, as well as regional centres.
You will be responsible to develop strong rapport with clients through the provision of services, data and statistics as well as supporting the 12 clinic sites to ensure that the first interaction for each of your clients employees in the preemployment phase is a smooth, efficient and a pleasant experience.
**The role**
You will be responsible to develop and manage the relationship, expectations and contractual obligations of a portfolio of clients where you will gain an understanding of not only their business and needs but also how the business can partner with them across a range of services and the delivery is of a high standard.
As you will act as a ‘conduit’ between the client and the centre, it will be equally as important to ensure that you have built relationships with your internal stakeholders in each of the centres a well.
**About you**
While experience in the preemployment assessment sector would be highly regarded, it is your experience in an Account Management or Relationship Manager role that is highly sort after.
- Face to Face and over the phone networking and relationship management experience is essential
- High level sales and contract management skill
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- High integrity with professional presentation and manner at all times
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Collaborative approach, with ability to work proactively, in a team or autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone manner
- Experience using a CRM database
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
- The ability to travel to regional areas across QLD at short notice
- The ability to obtain a National Police Check Clearance
