As a result, they've seen substantial growth and development, and have a customer base substantially larger than their competitors combined.

Their service allows clients from SMBs to Enterprise and Government, accurately assess and mounter businesses they engage with. In a time where companies are more and more at risk in a changing economy, their platform has never been more relevant.

The Role:

- Newly created Customer Success role.
- Work alongside outbound team to manage customer journey.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- 30%+ Year on Year growth for past 4 years.

- Salary: $65k base + super + bonus
- Experience in customer service, customer facing role, B2B or B2C.
