**The company**
**The position**
The position on offer will be required to assist in all facets needed to run a small business.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Reception & general admin duties
- Prepare quotes, process orders, visuals and artwork
- Data/order entry
- Following up on customer enquiries
- Any ad hoc duties like kitchen and office tidiness
- Follow up with suppliers and customers to ensure every order is met.
**The requirements**
To succeed in this position you will be highly organised the ability to multi task to meet specific deadlines. You will be able to work with a well-established small team, demonstrate initiative, be able to work autonomously, and enjoy a relaxed and informal work culture.
You will require:
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and maturity
- Self-motivation, drive, and a can-do attitude
- Knowledge and skill in Adobe's software (preferred but not essential)
