About the role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support to our Donor Engagement & Experience Team, supporting Donor Centres and functional areas key to our donor's experience within Lifeblood.
This role will require you to work in a cross-functional, national team to ensure that we provide a memorable customer experience to our amazing donors.
In addition to your day-to-day administrative duties, you will also support by servicing outbound rescheduling appointment calls to our donors.

Prior experience in an administration and/or data entry role
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate with immediate team members and broader teams
Adaptability to respond to competing and changing priorities
Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable
This is a permanent, part-time position hours a week (Monday
- Friday), located onsite at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria. The hours of work will between 7.30am to 4.00pm.
