About the role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support to our Donor Services division, including our National Contact Centre team. This role will require you will work in a cross-functional, national team to ensure that we provide a memorable customer experience to our amazing donors. In addition to your day-to-day administrative duties, you will support our donors by servicing inbound donor enquiries, as well as making outbound calls to our donors. Sound interesting? Prior experience in an administration and/or data entry role
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate with immediate team members and broader teams
Adaptability to respond to competing and changing priorities
Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable
This is a permanent, part-time (4 days per week) position, located on-site at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria. The hours of work will be from 7.30am to 3.30pm on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
