**About the Company**:
Sit-Down is a market insights-based company, that provides our Exclusive C-Suite Executive Members access to our Sit-Down Series: monthly touchpoints where they can network with their peers, learn from cutting edge case studies, listen from industry leaders and find solutions from relevant vendors.
This role will require strong verbal and written communications skills along with an eye for time management. You will be tasked with:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify potential delegates who align with the bespoke roundtable's objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives, industry influencers, and decision-makers.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.

- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards for the Team
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service Team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
- Ensure potential delegates understand the value and unique opportunities presented by the roundtables.
- Collaborate with event planners, marketers, and sales teams to design and implement effective delegate acquisition strategies.
- Constantly monitor and adjust acquisition strategies based on feedback and results.
- Liaise with team to ensure the roundtable's themes and topics appeal to the desired delegate profiles.
- Inform sales and sponsorship teams about secured delegates, enabling tailored sponsorship packages and opportunities.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to build relationships and promote upcoming roundtables.
- Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and leading figures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Use this information to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
