National Sales Manager- Key Account Management

**Position Summary**: The Sales Manager for the Coles/WWS Business will report to the National Business Manager and be responsible for managing selected categories within the Coles/WWS business. The role involves building long-term relationships with key customers, focusing on achieving sales and profit objectives in line with company goals and delivering on KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Objectives**:

- Achieve strategic objectives with trade partners, including net revenue, trade spend, gross margin, scan market share, and product & placement share.
- Manage and develop the Coles/WWS Business to ensure continued growth through effective sales strategies and spending management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop strong and lasting business partnerships with key customers.
- Manage the P&L within the assigned brand responsibility.
- Execute customer promotional programs and negotiate promotions internally.
- **Sales and Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and portray product success.
- Introduce and maintain products in the market, ensuring a competitive edge.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Manage in-store activities through third-party merchandisers, specifically Strikeforce.
- Prepare presentations for regular reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in category management.
- **Account Efficiency and Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and overall improvement in the management of categories.
- Proactively work towards continuous improvement in account management.

**About You**:

- Exposure to account management in the Grocery sector.
- Exceptional relationship development skills, with the ability to build strong rapport.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to develop measurable strategies.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
- Commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive, organized, and passionate about success.
