The role As the Assistant Manager, Executive Services you will manage and prioritise workflow allocation, preparation and monitoring of correspondence, briefings, submissions, and other documentation in keeping with government and organisational initiatives, policies and guidelines. You will develop and implement work systems, procedures and guidelines to ensure effective performance and outcomes for CSD. Finally, you will provide operational leadership through fostering and encouraging a workplace that is outcome focussed, and instils a culture of customer services, responsiveness and continuous improvement.
The successful personYou will have demonstrated proven ability to utilise a high degree of initiative, decision making skills and negotiation skills and reliability in operating independently with mínimal guidance and direction. You will have demonstrated high-level problem solving and issues management skills in resolving challenges and implementing improved work practices. Furthermore, you will have demonstrated proven ability and experience in effectively managing and prioritising the executive administration team, functions and associated activities including the ability to initiate, determine and manage work priorities within mandated and tight deadlines.
