Our projects cover a range of markets including Commercial, Education, Health, Hospitality, Commercial and Residential.

**Requirements**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team

Key Duties will include:

- Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including communication and timely resolution of vendor inquiries and issues
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes and procedures
- Provide support for internal and external audits as needed

**About You**:

- Several years of previous experience in an Accounts Payable function;
- Proficient use of MS Office (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel);

Any previous experience with the following will be highly regarded but is not essential:

- ERP systems (Pronto).
- Previous accounts experience within the building and construction industry
