Reporting to a friendly and collegiate Manager of Business Services, your main responsibility will be to ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis and provide top-class first point of contact services.
- You will be entrusted with the following reception and administrative duties such as (but not limited to):

- manage calls in an efficient and professional manner;
- screen incoming calls and discretely handle confidential communications;
- greet and welcome visitors (and maintain a visitor register, provision of visitor tags etc.);
- catering, refreshments and lunch set ups/pack ups;
- manage calendars and meeting room bookings (including set up)
- manage stationery and office supplies;
- maintain front of house and meeting rooms (presentation and cleanliness);
- sort and distribute mail and arrange couriers;
- assisting the Manger of Business Services (as required); and
- maintain documented task procedures and update the intranet and extranet.

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
To be considered, you will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant. You will be a self-starter with outstanding organisational and problem solving skills, strong client service focus and ability to remain focussed under pressure.**Let's talk**
