We are offering a newly created Executive Assistant position within our newly created Workers Compensation business unit in in NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you will support the GM and the broader leadership team across: diary management, meeting and travel scheduling, client and regulator liaison, facilitating connection and collaboration with the teams.
This is an exceptional and unique opportunity to not only support the Senior Leadership team across day-to-day, operational activities, but to contribute to the strategy and growth of a start
- up operations.
**In this role, you will**:
- Support, lead and represent as a member of the leadership team of GB and partner to the broader business;
- Coordinate key events and smooth facilities management of our operational sites
- Proactively manage calendar activities and meeting bookings;
- Create innovative solutions, and produce suggestions for, process management and ongoing administrative best practices;
- Coach and mentor other personnel, aligning to The Gallagher Way of professional excellence
**We are seeking exceptional people to join our team, who will have**:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, supporting senior management personnel;
- Highly-developed organisational, communication and presentation skills;
- Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising a variety of software packages including: full Microsoft Office Suit, MS Teams, MS Project, MS Exchange A strong sense of team, and hunger to contribute to broader business initiatives and projects;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
- An enthusiastic and ethical nature, with strong commitment to internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as our GB values.
